Lazard Capital Markets’ Equity Research website is a password protected site which offers access to published research, the Lazard Capital Markets Daily, upcoming events, comments on selected breaking news throughout the day as events warrant, analyst biographies, and the Transparency of Analysts’ Performance report.

The Transparency of Analysts’ Performance report lists for each stock under coverage the rating, price target (where applicable), price, market capitalization, 52-week high and low, earnings per share, price/earnings multiple, dividend and yield, shares outstanding, and our rating system guidelines.  The report is updated daily.

Beginning August 2007, our published reports were made available on the Research website three hours prior to their appearance on third-party research vendor sites.  This step was taken in order to provide our clients with the assured advantage of seeing company and industry research updates when they are most valuable - first.
